Shipping Options
Germany delivery
Standard shipping within Germany with Deutsche Post or DHL.
A shipping fee of 5,00 € will be charged per order.
Europe and Rest of the World delivery
A shipping fee of 10,00 € per order will be charged for international shipping.
Pickup at our Cologne office
Want something sooner? Pick up your online selections in person at our office in Cologne. Most items should be available for pickup within 24 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready.
WHAT TO BRING: When picking up your order, please bring a printed or digital version of your order confirmation and a valid ID.

Return shipping costs
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. If you wish to return your order (or part of it), then you will need to pay postage.
Delivery times
Within Germany: 2-4 business days
Within Europe: 5-8 business days

Order confirmation and status
Once you’ve finished placing your order, you’ll immediately be given an order confirmation number. We’ll also send you an email with this and full details of your order. You will be sent another email once your order has been shipped. You can see the status of your order anytime by signing into your Customer Account.
